Returning an item of furniture* ...


We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase of furniture.

If any item that we deliver that is incorrect or damaged we are more than happy to replace the item or offer a full refund.

If in the event your item of furniture is damaged on delivery you will need to notify us immediately of delivery of the furniture so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. 

You will also need to keep all the original packaging so we can return the item back to the supplier and return your funds or replace the item as soon as possible.

Funds will be returned within 30 days of returning the item and not before before collection of the furniture.

All items that are delivered will need to be inspected and signed for by the customer on delivery of the furniture.
